The SQlab Adapter Sleeve was developed to securely fit 27.0 mm handlebars into 31.8 mm 2.0 stems or 31.8 mm handlebars into 35.0 mm 2.0 stems. Made from high-quality aluminum with a silver finish, it offers a precise fit while remaining lightweight and durable. The sleeve enables the use of proven handlebars with smaller clamp diameters in modern oversize stems – supporting a customized and ergonomically optimized cockpit setup. Note: Using the adapter sleeve reduces the ASTM category rating of the combined handlebar setup. The resulting combination complies with ASTM F2043-13 / DIN EN 17406, Category 2 – suitable for road use and light MTB terrain.
