Yes, we actively pursue manufacturer warranties on your behalf, so you don’t have to handle the process yourself.
Our service level varies from peak season in the late spring/early summer, to our slow season in the winter. While most general pre-booked jobs can be ready by next day, it all depends on the type of job it is. We recommend getting your but tune-ups, such as our Complete Overhaul during the off-season to reduce the time you spend off the bike!
