Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We try our best to get orders out the door ASAP, our couriers pick up packages variably between Tuesday - Friday. Orders placed on Fridays may not be picked up by the couriers until Tuesday.
All shipping within Canada will be Via UPS Ground, Purolator, or Canada Post unless otherwise specified upon checkout.
Local pick-up order payments will be authorized via Shopify, payment will be captured at the time of pick-up.
In the event shipping cost is deemed excessive unilaterally by Smith Creek Cycle LTD, you will be contacted for partial payment of shipping. In the event you choose not to pay for a portion of the shipping costs your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Returns & Exchanges
You may return your unused/unopened purchase within 30 days of the date on the purchase receipt. The customer is fully responsible for the transport costs for the return or exchange (to & from), except in the case where an error was made during shipment. Each refund request will be subject to evaluation by our customer service and a restocking fee may apply.
Any wearable items to be returned/exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and price tags still attached to be eligible for return.
No returns or exchanges on sale/clearance items.
Shipping costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from the return amount total.
Damages
We strive to make sure your products are shipped with TLC however if your shipment arrives damaged please contact us at info@smithcreekcycle.ca with your order number along with a photo of the damaged product.

Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with your tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Canada
My order is taking a long time to arrive. Where is it?
