The Magura MT5 HC Disc Brakes live up to the Magura name and pack some serious performance with their four-piston calipers. Magura’s MT5 hydraulic disc brakes are optimized for enduro to downhill riding and were designed for maximum control and braking power on the rowdiest of trails. The MT5 caliper and lever bodies are made out of Magura’s premium Carbotecture material, which is a carbon fiber and polymer blend that is super-lightweight and durable. The MT5 HC brakes come with the upgraded one-finger HC brake levers, which are shorter and ergonomically-shaped for easy one-finger use. The levers are fully adjustable through the use of the tooled reach adjust. MT5’s pistons feature MagnetXchange technology, which uses magnetic brake pads and pistons for easy brake pad replacements.
