All shipping within Canada will be Via UPS Ground or Canada Post unless otherwise specified upon checkout.
All shipping to the USA will use DHL, USPS OR UPS
Returns & Exchanges
You may return your unused/unopened purchase within 15 days of the date on the purchase receipt. The customer is fully responsible for the transport costs for the return, except in the case where an error was made during shipment. Each refund request will be subject to evaluation by our customer service and a restocking fee may apply.
Any wearable items to be returned/exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and price tags still attached to be eligible for return.
No returns or exchanges on clearance items.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We strive to make sure your products are shipped with TLC however if your shipment arrives damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number along with a photo of the damaged product.
