*Free shipping is excluded on orders including general oversized items and select clearance items.

All shipping within Canada will be Via UPS Ground, Purolator, or Canada Post unless otherwise specified upon checkout.
All shipping to the USA will use Purolator, USPS, or UPS
Shipments to the USA may accrue duties or tariffs which are the responsibility of the receiver.
In the event shipping cost is deemed excessive unilaterally by Smith Creek Cycle LTD, you will be contacted for partial payment of shipping. In the event you choose not to pay for a portion of the shipping costs your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return your unused/unopened purchase within 30 days of the date on the purchase receipt. The customer is fully responsible for the transport costs for the return or exchange except in the case where an error was made during shipment. Each refund request will be subject to evaluation by our customer service and a restocking fee may apply.
Any bike parts must be returned in uninstalled new condition.
Any wearable items to be returned/exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and price tags still attached to be eligible for return.
No returns or exchanges on clearance items.
Shipping costs that are incurred through the fulfillment of the initial and returned order will be deducted from the total and not be refunded. Credit card, PayPal, Affirm, or Shopify processing fees charged to Smith Creek Cycle LTD will also be deducted from the refund amount, with some exceptions (we made a mistake, product was incorrectly shipped etc).
If you have made an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible, prior to receiving shipping notice. Costs attributed to rectifying the error fall upon the customer.

Damages
We strive to make sure your products are shipped with TLC however if your shipment arrives damaged please contact us at info@smithcreekcycle.ca with your order number along with a photo of the damaged product.
Special Orders
For all special orders over $999 CAD, Smith Creek Cycle Limited requires a 50% deposit at the time of order placement.
If Smith Creek Cycle Limited has paid in full for the special order item on behalf of the customer, and the customer no longer wishes to complete the purchase, the deposit will be held in full until the item is resold. Refunds or credits will only be issued if the item is sold at a price that does not result in any financial loss to Smith Creek Cycle Limited.
Please note: Select special orders—particularly those that are rare, high-demand, or difficult to acquire—may require full payment in advance. Customers will be informed of this requirement prior to confirming the order.
By placing a special order, the customer agrees to these terms.

We ship to Canada and within the Continental United States.
