Delivery Timeframe

We work quickly to get your order out the door, combining fast fulfillment with efficient transit times:

• Processing Time: Most orders are prepared, inspected, and packed for shipment within 1 business day.
• Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery generally takes 1 to 5 business days.

This means you can typically expect your order to arrive within 2 to 6 business days of placing it.

Bike/Frame Shipping

Large and high-value items (such as complete bicycles and frames) are handled with specialized care:

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal as soon as the item ships.
• Robust packaging: We ensure everything is packaged with lots of packing material to minimize the risk of damage. Should you see damage to the box please report it to the delivery driver.
• Signature Required: A signature is mandatory upon delivery to confirm safe receipt of your item.

General Orders

Smaller items are shipped via courier services and may arrive separately from any large bike orders.

If you chose "quick" we'll pick the courier that has it there the soonest! Normally FedEx, or Purolator.
